Kandi Thompson is the proud Broker & Owner of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Divine Properties. Obtaining her Broker's License in 2018, she has a heart for real estate and a heart for each one of Divine’s clients. After several years as a partner in a local real estate & property management company, Kandi felt she would be able to offer a greater level of personalized service to her clients and tenants by starting her own company and in 2013 Divine Properties was born! In February of 2022, Kandi made the life changing decision to Franchise with the Top Real Estate company in the World, Berkshire Hathway HomeServices!! Kandi and her high school sweetheart Adam, who is also a Realtor, are blessed to do this work together full time for BHHS Divine Properties. Kandi was born and raised in Amador County and her roots and local knowledge run deep! She understands every facet of this area and this knowledge allows her to provide the highest level of service to her clients.
